Pickle is expanding, and we’re looking for well-connected, community-oriented people to help us build on Pickle's growth. There are a few different ways to get involved, depending on your availability and how hands-on you want to be.


As a Summer Growth Fellow, the expectation is that you participate on a weekly basis for 3-4 hours/week for 11 weeks - hosting pop-ups (at least once per month), plugging Pickle into spaces you frequent (work, coffee shops, workout studios etc) activating Pickle around key local moments, and helping drive downloads and usage in your market.


As a Campus Growth Fellow, the expectation is that you can show up IRL on a weekly basis for ~3 months - hosting pop-ups (about once a week), activating Pickle around key local moments, and helping drive downloads and usage in your market.


As a Brand Ambassador, the commitment is lighter-weight and shorter-term (about 1 month) - focused on plugging Pickle into your existing network in a natural way by sharing it with friends, group chats, clubs, or communities you’re already part of, plus monthly IRL activations.

Summer Growth Fellow Cohort

We're currently onboarding for our Summer Growth Fellow cohort: **May 28 – August 7, 2026 (11 weeks, ~3–4 hours/week).**

Compensation overview:

  • $50/week in Pickle credits
  • Cash bonuses for every friend you refer who downloads Pickle
  • $50–$75 cash per activation (e.g., tabling, farmer's markets, pop-ups)


Pickle Growth Fellows and Brand Amassadors will help drive growth in their markets - think: new user downloads, new uploads, driving word of mouth through events. There may be different ways you lean in. Please select any that you are confident you can knock out of the park.

Goal: Identify the coolest communities, brands and places to partner with, facilitate partnership introductions, and host events.

You’ll be successful if you spend a lot of time at the trendy places in your city and your friends always look to you to make the coolest plans. You have a deep network amongst other communities - eg. managers, community leaders, etc. are all part of your rolodex.

Goal: Bring people together by hosting the coolest events that everyone can't stop talking about, with minimal budget.

You’ll be successful if you constantly bring together your friends and community, are well connected to venues or brands (or are scrappy at finding spaces and partners with no budget), and are excellent at hyping up an event and driving up RSVP numbers.

Goal: Reach out to people in your network & help launch their closets on Pickle. This might be creator friends, stylists you've worked with, or workmates or classmates.

You’ll be successful if you know who all of the cool fashion, beauty and lifestyle people are in your city - from nano to macro creators to stylists and your friend down the hall; and you’re extremely personable.

Goal: Tap into sororities and other campus groups, encourage students to start closets on Pickle, rent for upcoming occasions and build a sharing community on campus.

You’ll be successful if you’re part of a sorority or deeply embedded in a large student organization, and you’re seen as someone who is extremely social on campus; bonus points if you’re building your own social media following.

Goal: Drive organic growth by weaving Pickle into the communities you’re already part of - at work, school, group chats, clubs, fitness studios, creative circles, or social groups.


You’ll be successful if you’re deeply plugged into multiple communities and naturally share things you love. You’re the friend who drops links in group chats, sends recs, starts conversations, and connects people.

We'll be selecting a very limited group of Pickle Growth Fellows and Brand Ambassador and are looking for people who are all-in and excited to super charge Pickle's growth. Are you excited to dedicate 8-10 hours / week for the next 3 months to this role?
